The two principals of the company, Willy Heatley and Shane Armitage have both been professional rescue and film safety specialists for over twenty years, with experience and training in a wide range of related fields.

Organisations they have worked with include the Westpac Rescue Helicopter, Auckland Marine Rescue Centre, Offshore Power Boat Racing Associating, Water-ski Racing Association, NZ Armed Forces, Northern Lifeguard Service, Auckland Coastguard, Sitesafe, OSH Department of labour and numerous film and video production companies.
